Welcome to Dream Logic

This binding legal agreement applies between users and PROPEL SOFTWARE INC., a US-registered corporation. By accessing or using the Application, you consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Disagreement means you lack permission to use the service.

1. Nature of Service and Disclaimer

1.1 Entertainment Purposes

Dream Logic functions as an AI-powered dream journal and analysis tool designed exclusively for entertainment and personal reflection. The company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or consistency of generated interpretations.

1.2 Not Medical or Psychological Advice

1.3 Emergencies and Mental Health Crisis

The company bears no responsibility for decisions or actions users take based on the application's interpretations.

1.4 Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Third-party providers like OpenAI process texts. Users acknowledge AI represents experimental technology potentially producing incorrect, offensive, or biased information. Use of generated information occurs at user risk.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Automatic Renewal

"Premium" subscriptions charge to Apple ID or Google Play Store accounts, renewing automatically unless auto-renewal turns off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

2.2 Management and Refunds

The company cannot cancel subscriptions or issue refunds directly. Users must manage subscriptions through Apple or Android device settings. Deleting the app or account does not cancel store-charged subscriptions.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1 Your Content

Users retain rights to their dreams and grant the company a worldwide license to process such content for service provision.

3.2 Zero Tolerance and Ban

Entering illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content is prohibited. The company reserves the right to permanently ban violators without notice and without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

"The 'Dream Logic' brand, code, design, and algorithms are the exclusive property of PROPEL SOFTWARE INC."

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not face liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users agree to indemnify and hold the company and its employees harmless against any claim arising from App use or Terms violations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

"The service is offered 'AS IS'. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free."

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Florida State laws. Any dispute resolves exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida courts.

8. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

8.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute between users and the company resolves through individual binding arbitration, with users waiving jury trial rights.

8.2 Class Action Waiver

"YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM SHALL BE MADE IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING."

Apple App Store downloads trigger additional terms:

Agreement: Terms exist between users and Propel Software only, not Apple. Apple bears no responsibility.
Maintenance: Apple has no maintenance or support obligations.
Warranty: Users may request refunds from Apple for App failure; Apple has no further warranty obligations.
Claims: Propel Software (not Apple) addresses App-related claims.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with enforcement rights against users.
